Learning reflection

My learning reflection

Piyumi Pramodya

In retrospect, it was a significant learning curve throughout my 12 years of experience combined with the learnings from my bachelor’s to the current Master of Management study, which has helped me to gauge my areas of strengths and areas that I need to develop further in achieving my personal and professional goals.

Continuous learning and personal accountability were reinforced through various courses studied under my master’s program, which inspired me to instil them in my professional and personal life.

Eventually, with this development plan, I plan to progress my career from delivering outstanding results to influencing organisational strategy and leading people effectively while creating a lasting positive impact.
